100th Mascoutah Homecoming Und Augustfest Returns July 31 – August 2, 2026
MASCOUTAH, IL — The Mascoutah Improvement Association (MIA) announces the 100th annual Mascoutah Homecoming Und Augustfest, Southwestern Illinois' largest summer festival, returning to Scheve Park (905 Park Drive, Mascoutah, IL 62258) Friday, July 31 through Sunday, August 2, 2026.
This milestone 100th anniversary celebration features three days of parades, live music, carnival rides, truck and tractor pulls, a classic car show, authentic German cuisine, 4-H exhibits, a Homecoming Princess ceremony, and much more — all with free admission.
Pull Schedule
Friday night features the Antique & Classic Tractor Pull (7:00 PM, registration from 5:30 PM). Saturday evening hosts Farm Stock Tractor Pull classes, coordinated by Josh DeKamper (618-979-3283) and Keith Klumeke (618-363-8187). Sunday concludes with the Truck Pull Finals, organized by Mark Craig (217-827-4378) and Drew Kinkelaar (217-556-1871).
Classic Car Show
The Classic Car Show runs Sunday, August 2, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Registration open to classic cars, hot rods, and custom vehicles. Contact Gary McGee at (618) 401-8421.
