FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 100th Mascoutah Homecoming Und Augustfest Returns July 31 – August 2, 2026 Southwestern Illinois' Largest Summer Festival Celebrates a Century of Community MASCOUTAH, IL — The Mascoutah Improvement Association is proud to announce the 100th Mascoutah Homecoming Und Augustfest, taking place July 31 through August 2, 2026, at Scheve Park (905 Park Drive, Mascoutah, IL 62258). This milestone centennial celebration features three days of family-friendly entertainment including two parades down Main Street, nightly live music, carnival rides, the popular "Smoke & Noise" tractor and truck pulls, a classic car show, 4-H exhibits and livestock displays, the Homecoming Queen ceremony, a horseshoe tournament, and Mascoutah's famous German cuisine. Event highlights include antique and weight tractor pulls on Friday, farm stock tractor pulls on Saturday, truck pull finals on Sunday, and parades both Saturday and Sunday at 5 PM. Admission to the festival grounds is free.
